Happy New Year you all.

I want to wish all of you out there in blogger land a very happy New Year and hope the new year will bring you nothing but happiness and joy.

It sure is a noisy night here near Cut & Shoot, TX.  There is only two times a year that it is legal to sell (and buy) fireworks, one is the fourth of July and the other is for New Years.  Yep, it sounds like a battle is going on around my place.  Guess there is no use trying to go to bed at a decent hour tonight.

Don't forget now, I want you to have a great year, you hear?

    1. That can be dangerous. All those bullets that go up in the air have to come down somewhere.

  4. Happy New Year pretty quiet here, no fireworks allowed in the campground.

    1. Some of the stuff that went off last night sounded large enough to create a crater. I only have 12 acres so can't get far enough away from them.

  8. I thought of you and your pups last night. As usual it was like a war zone last night at mother's and they began way before midnight and did not stop until 1:00 a.m.

I let the cats sleep in the front enclosed porch, they were frightened!

May you and your family have a happy and healthy New Year.

    1. The two dogs that got so upset are no longer with us. Yes, I still really miss them. The two that are left, one is almost deaf and the younger one doesn't seem to be bothered by the noise.
