I early voted the first week and Mom being over 65 voted via mail. We did our civic duty and I hope everyone else regardless of whom they support, exercise their right to vote as well.
Both my wife and I are over 70 but it is only a mile to the local voting place which is held in a building owned by a local church. We go there and vote.
My sentiments exactly, Dizzy, but aren't the non-voters (it doesn't make any difference - it's all pre-decided anyway) the worst complainers? I voted early!
My wonder is why all the protests post-election? My early voting was a pleasant, efficient, quick experience. Hoping for good and fairness for all in our future. Wasn't the election held fair and square - shouldn't be protests, angry losers - a bit childish. The people have spoken!
I hadn't intended to vote for either candidate, but in the end good sense prevailed. If I don't like the result am I allowed to complain now?

ReplyDeleteYep, if you didn't vote, don't complain. I don't think it was pre-decided. If it were, crooked Hillary would have won.
