Wondering to the Wabbit Wanch.

Sorry I am late posting.  After we got back from the flea market and had lunch, we walked down to my son's place, the Wabbit Wanch.  On Facebook, he is the Wabbit Wancher (https://www.facebook.com/wabbit.wancher?fref=ts)  In the past, I have posted pictures of the many pens he has built.  This time, I tried to get a picture or two of a couple of young bunnies that are almost two weeks old.  This first one is of the momma rabbit and one of her offspring:

This one shows the momma and three of her offspring along with another rabbit in the adjoining pen.  There are two little white ones in the lower left of the picture and if you look closely, you can see the head of a little grey one at the upper right just sticking up behind the water dish.

These little rabbits are extremely fast.  I let one escape and it jumped out and fell to the ground.  My son caught it almost immediately and it got put back with its momma in short order.

We had a great visit and while we were there his friend stopped in and showed us her worm farm.  She has a set-up to process the waste from the rabbit ranching and has been growing worms.  I guess if things get tough we could all eat rabbits.  But when they are all gone, then I will just have to eat worms. . . Let's hope things don't get tough and now, you all have a great day, you hear.

    1. My son takes some of these rabbits to shows. They are raised as show rabbits and the people in that hobby trade them and cross breed them. He does take some of them to rabbit shows.
