Wondering how long it will take to sell

I got the Class-C motor-home down to PPL without any major incident.  For any of you who have ever driven through Houston, you know that there will always be a close call or at least hectic driving conditions somewhere along the line.  Yesterday was no exception but all told, the traffic was not too bad, at least it was bearable with no major back-ups.  (Just small, short duration ones)  I can’t say enough good things about PPL and the friendly people there.  The one major thing that makes it so friendly and easy to deal with is that no one there is on commission, so they can’t get greedy and try to sell you more than you want.  They don’t try to push any extras on you, although they offer what all is available but a simple no on your part and they move on to other things.  Since January 1, 2011, they have sold 1925 RVs.  That is a lot of RVs.  You search their website for any RV that you may be interested in and when you go down there and walk in the door, you tell the girl at the desk what you want to look at and she gives you a map of the lot and highlights the ones you are interested in and tells you to go take a look at them or any others you see that interest you.  No sales person comes with you.  If you find something you are interested in, you come back to the office and meet with a sells person who will help answer all your questions.  I know that there is a lot of RVers out there in blogger land or ones who want to become RVers or upgrade or just sell one.  I highly recommend that you at least look at their web-page at http://www.pplmotorhomes.com.  They get customers and RVs to sell from all over the United States.  All the units are cared for.  Any with generators get them started and run every week and all motor home get the main engine started and run every week to keep up batteries, etc.

Just before I left to come home, I snapped another picture of it at PPL.  The sign in the window says that it is not for sale.  After it was appraised, I had to complete the paper work, and they are going to repair a couple of minor things and give it (free to me) a $450.00 wash, wax, and interior cleaning.  Dang, if I had known that, I wouldn’t have taken time to wash it myself.

Wow, now I have room in my driveway to park the Jeep next to the house and if anybody with an RV comes to visit, I have both 30 and 50 amp service, along with water, available for their stay.  Now I hope that it will sell quickly.  I decided to let it go for less than low book price to speed up the process and to give someone a good deal.  You all have a great day now, you hear?
