Wandering to the Dentist.

Yes, I know I am late today.  I had an early morning appointment with my dentist.  You see, I was flossing the other day and the floss got stuck between two of my lower front teeth.  I gave it a yank and it came out along with a small sliver off the top of the rear of my tooth.  Of course, when I touch it with my thongue, it feels like the Grand Canyon.  I got in with only a few minutes wait and he took a look at all may teeth and said I was doing a good job at brushing.  He ground down the sharp edge on the chipped tooth and said "that's it, no charge".  Wow!!!  When was the last time you went to a doctor or a dentist and heard them say that?

I guess that is all I have to say today, so keep cool and have a great day, you hear?

  1. Good deal! Took my wife to the dentist for a toothache, only to discover it was really a sinus infection. $37.50 to discover we were in the wrong place.

    Howdy Diz,
Boy, you sure lucked out!!! I went to the dentist with a sharp edge on a tooth. he took the Dremel-tool and in 20 seconds let me get up outta the chair; when I started out his wife said that'll be $75, please.... I had a tooth hurtin' once and he pulled a permanent IMPLANTED TOOTH, charged me $100, that time!!! I just let'em rot and fall out, now.... The only other 'dentists'?? around want $125 BEFORE they'll even look at you................

  5. Now that's what I call a miracle. I rarely go to the Dentist but I know my teeth are good for the moment :)

I use to hate sitting in that chair, hearing that drill noise, getting all those needles to numb my gums whilst my legs we shaking. I felt everything... oh the thought makes me feel quite ill.

    1. I was at my dentist's office on 4-1, and had a sharp edge filed off, all of 2 minutes, then was told 125.00. I laughed and said,,,April's fool, right? Ha, nope, wasn't. Did I say my X dentist?
